Presidian Claims: Our easy 'no forms' process


Had a mechanical breakdown? Our ‘no-forms’ claims process can help get you back up and running sooner.

 

FOR DEALER ISSUED WARRANTIES. 

This applies to warranties administered by Davantage Group Pty Ltd, and includes products such as Silver, Emerald, Gold, Titanium, Platinum or Platinum Performance.

  1. If your vehicle breaks down during the term of your Warranty, call the Presidian team on 1300 092 882 or contact Presidian at enquiries@presidiangroup.com.au before commencing any repair work.
  2. A member of the Presidian team will direct you to the nearest approved repairer for diagnosis. Once the diagnosis and all required information is received, we will assess your claim.
  3. If the claim is approved your vehicle is repaired and payment for the repairs is made direct to the approved repairer.

FOR INSURER ISSUED WARRANTIES

This applies to warranties administered by Presidian Management Services Pty Ltd and includes products such as Safeguard, Safeguard Ultimate, Caravan, Essential, Elevate, Premium, Elite and Elite Performance.

  1. If your vehicle or equipment suffers a mechanical breakdown during the term of your warranty please contact us on 1300 363 149 PRIOR to arranging any repair work.
  2. A member of the Presidian team will direct you to the nearest approved repairer for diagnosis. Once the diagnosis and all required information is received, we will assess your claim.
  3. If the claim is approved your vehicle is repaired and payment for the repairs is made direct to the approved repairer.
