Presidian Claims: An easy 'no forms' process


Had a mechanical breakdown? Presidian’s ‘no-forms’ claims process can help get you back up and running sooner.

 

FOR DEALER ISSUED WARRANTIES. 

  1. If your vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown and you currently have a Presidian Silver, Gold, Titanium or Platinum Warranty please contact Presidian on 1300 092 882 PRIOR to arranging any repair work.
  2. A member of the Presidian team will assess the claim and, once authorised, direct you to the nearest approved repairer. Your cover includes the cost of inspection of the vehicle where the claim is approved. 
  3. Authorised claims are then paid directly to the repairer once work is completed, ensuring there’s no wait on reimbursement and reducing any out-of-pocket expenses.

FOR GENERAL INSURANCE WARRANTIES

  1. If your vehicle or equipment suffers a mechanical breakdown and you currently have a Safeguard, Safeguard Ultimate or Caravan Warranty please contact Presidian on 1300 363 149 PRIOR to arranging any repair work.
  2. A member of the Presidian team will assess the claim and, once authorised, direct you to the nearest approved repairer. Your cover includes the cost of inspection of the vehicle where the claim is approved. 
  3. Authorised claims are then paid directly to the repairer once work is completed, ensuring there’s no wait on reimbursement and reducing any out-of-pocket expenses.
