Yes. The Presidian-administered warranties have an unlimited number of claims for listed covered components up to maximum limits. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Wording related to your warranty.
Yes, subject to approval by the Insurer. The Presidian-administered warranties are transferrable to a new owner if you sell the vehicle privately – provided all terms and conditions stated in your specific Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Wording are met. To request the transfer of the warranty to a new owner, download a Transfer Ownership Form and forward to Presidian within 14 days of the vehicle or equipment being sold. Warranties are not transferrable to other vehicles or equipment.

Servicing is an important part of keeping your vehicle running smoothly and helping to reduce the risk of a breakdown. The Service Requirements section of the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Wording for your chosen warranty will inform you of how frequently your vehicle will need to be serviced to maintain your warranty coverage. Should servicing not be carried out in line with these conditions your cover may end and we may not approve a claim. Please refer to the section on Service Requirements in the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Wording for more information.
